Your design journey begins with an informal chat at our Blackwater showroom. Over a coffee, we’ll discuss your lifestyle, how you use your kitchen, and the style you’d love to create. You can bring sketches, plans, or just ideas - we’ll listen carefully and start to shape what’s possible within your space and budget.

Home Visit and Home Survey
Once we understand your vision, we arrange a detailed home survey. This allows us to take accurate measurements, check access, and assess services such as electrics and plumbing. It’s a vital step to make sure your new kitchen fits seamlessly and functions beautifully when installed.

Design Development
Back in the showroom, our designers use the latest software to build a 3D model of your new kitchen. You’ll be able to see realistic layouts, finishes, and appliances before any work begins. Together we’ll refine the design until it’s exactly right - blending form, function, and flow.

Quotation & Project Planning
When the design is finalised, we provide a clear, all-inclusive quotation covering cabinetry, worktops, appliances, and fitting - with no hidden extras. Your dedicated project manager will then confirm timelines, coordinate deliveries, and keep you updated throughout.

Installation & Completion
Our trusted fitters handle your installation with care and precision. Once everything is complete, we carry out a detailed quality check to ensure the finish meets our standards. You’ll receive your two-year workmanship warranty and full aftercare advice - so your kitchen continues to look its best for years to come.
